MyFreshDash ships eligible orders within the United States.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 BUSINESS days after payment is received. Processing time may vary during weekends, holidays, severe weather, supplier delays, carrier delays, high order volume, or periods when grocery availability changes quickly.

Once an order ships, tracking information will be sent by email when available. Delivery time depends on the shipping address, selected shipping method, carrier service, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our direct control.
Product Availability Before Shipment
MyFreshDash works to keep product availability as accurate as possible. However, grocery products may sell out, become unavailable, or change without advance notice.
If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, MyFreshDash may contact the customer with one or more options:

replacement with a similar product

substitution with customer approval when needed

removal of the unavailable item and partial refund

holding the order until restock if the customer agrees

cancellation and refund of the affected item or order if needed

Customers will not be charged for items that cannot be shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout before payment is completed. The final shipping cost may depend on the order total, package weight, delivery address, product type, and available shipping method.

If MyFreshDash offers free shipping, the minimum order amount and conditions will be clearly shown on the website and/or checkout page. Free shipping offers apply only when the order meets the stated requirements.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

MyFreshDash is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or another customer-related delivery issue, MyFreshDash may offer reshipment if the customer pays any required additional shipping cost. Refund eligibility may depend on the product type, package condition, and whether the items can be safely inspected or resold.

Customer satisfaction matters to MyFreshDash. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at myfreshdash@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery.

Because MyFreshDash sells food and grocery products, many items are not eligible for return once shipped or delivered. This includes opened products, perishable items, temperature-sensitive items, and any food products that cannot be safely inspected or resold.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or includes the wrong item, please contact us with the following information:

After reviewing the issue, MyFreshDash may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
Unavailable Items
If an item becomes unavailable before shipment, MyFreshDash may contact the customer with available options, such as a replacement, approved substitution, partial refund, or full refund.
Customers will not be charged for items that cannot be shipped.
Returns
Returns may be accepted only when approved by MyFreshDash in advance. Please do not send products back without contacting us first.

Approved returns must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our mistake, a damaged item, an incorrect item, or another approved issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not returnable:

temperature-sensitive items

products damaged after delivery

items without original packaging

items returned without approval

products that cannot be safely inspected or resold
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the refund is related to a MyFreshDash error, damaged item, incorrect item, unavailable item, or another approved issue.
